Kristina Clonan - Woolworths Cycle Race Series
This is a graded four race series attracting points for each race, (more below), with the overall women’s and men’s point winner each receiving a $500 Woolworths eGift card.
Points for each graded A through D race are awarded on the following basis:

Entering and starting a race – 1 point

Winning a race – 5 points

Second place – 3 points

Third place – 2 points
Additionally, all racers can earn race points by, or their nominee, volunteering at each race:

Volunteer as first aider (must have appropriate current first – aid certificate) – 3 points

Volunteer as a marshal or rego desk clerk – 1 point.
Portals to enter (via EntryBoss) and volunteer positions (via VolunteerSignup) for each race event will be published by SCCC (refer Calendar/Results page). Volunteers must be at least a Non-Riding (no cost) member of Auscyling, and positions will be filled on first come first served basis.
Points will be accumulated throughout the race series, and the Woolworths eGift Card ($500 each) will be awarded to the highest points holder (woman and man) from any of the grades. A tie for points will be decided by the SCCC based upon a countback.
Normal grading conditions apply, and the Club grader may change racers grade during the series to ensure safe, fair and enjoyable racing for all.
The Kristina Clonan – Woolworths Cycle Race Series will be held on:

6 October 2024, North Arm Graded Road Race

20 October 2024, Ascent Building Solutions Girraween Crit

7 November 2024, Girraween Criterium and presentation to winners.
Winner must be at final race/prize giving when announcements made. Unclaimed prize(s) will be allocated to next highest female and male points holder.
About Kristina Clonan
Kristina Clonan has developed into a world-class track sprinter after
transitioning from the endurance program during the Tokyo 2020
Olympic Games cycle.
As a junior, the Sunshine Coast product won the 2015 Junior Oceania
Road Race Championships and took bronze in the scratch race at the
2016 Junior Track World Championships.
Kristina continued her endurance trajectory by winning the elite Madison national title in 2018, tasting World Cup success with the Australian team pursuit squad, and winning the under-23 criterium national title ahead of Ruby Roseman-Gannon.
